Welcome to Shropshire Children’s University's temporary website. We were set up in early 2011 to promote high quality learning opportunities and fun activities outside school, at weekends and in the holidays. We are a member of the National Children’s University and seek to recognise and reward innovative and quality learning activity wherever it takes place.

The whole idea behind the Children’s University is to encourage children to develop new interests and join in new activities.

Every activity offered through the Children’s University has been checked to make sure it provides the highest quality learning experience.

Every child taking part in the Children’s University uses a special ‘Passport to Learning’ to collect activity stamps each time an event or activity is attended.
